South Kingsville Place is the fifth project in The Place Series. Situated around Metro and Bayside Melbourne, the first four are in various stages of construction with the first two sold out with new residents settling and moving in.
We’ve chosen to partner with like-minded, thoughtful collaborators that are known for their expertise and skill in residential developments. From early discussions with locals, to architectural form, to considering space and light of interiors, to planning landscaping to complement and encourage social interaction and community. Each part of the team has and will continue to shape South Kingsville Place with consideration and care.
